A very interesting read.  something I have never given much thought to, even though I have noticed it in my own experiences with my 5 year old.  It’s sad; as a society there is an almost universal plea for fathers to play a more active role in their children’s lives, yet those who do are looked down upon.  Sometimes it’s implicit; other times it’s tactfully stated, but it is there.
