Describe one habit that brings you joy.
Exercise/working out is one habit that brings me joy. I feel better physically, I don’t snack as much when I work out. Working out, actually helps me to clear my mind and relax as well. And once I get into the habit of working on a regular basis, I have a lot more energy.
