What does your ideal home look like?
I wouldn’t need much for my “ideal home“. A lot of it goes back to the old real estate adage “location location location”.
I would not want to live downtown in a major city. Not that I’m afraid of big city living, but just because at my age, it doesn’t have the appeal that it had when I was 20-something years old.
It wouldn’t have to be anything big. Just large enough to provide both some private and community space for me and my kids. – maybe three or four bedrooms, turning the fourth room into an office / workspace.
A front yard and the backyard are necessary as well. again, they wouldn’t have to be anything huge. I wouldn’t want too much yardwork to do. But big enough that the kids would have a place to play, hang out with your friends; some thing that would be big enough that I could do some yardwork to be proud of. Maybe the backyard could be big enough for a full sized baseball field?
My idea home would be my own little corner of the universe.
