What are your favorite types of foods?
Growing up in my family, I was the kid who wouldn’t eat. To this day, I still eat like a child, I think.
I’ve never been a big fruit and vegetable guy. I’ve tried them. There are some that I like, but there are a lot of them that I just don’t.
For me, it’s hard to go wrong with Mexican food. It’s for social gatherings, I like the fact that it is still relaxed and fun; yet unique enough that you don’t feel like you’re just sitting down for a burger and fries.

Likewise, Italian food is also a good to go to. Of course, or idea of Italian food is here in America is very different than what Italians actually eat. Maybe that’s why it is so filling and I find that I can’t eat very much of it.
Chinese food is fun. But again, I found that it fills me up only temporarily. I don’t make a point of going out and getting Chinese food, but if it’s there, or somebody suggested, I’ll have it.
At the end of the day, I like a good steak. The older I get, the less cooked I like it. Growing up, I was eating everything medium well. But these days meeting is about as far as I can go. I just don’t like burnt food anymore. And while I don’t like it raw, I do like it a little bit red in the middle.
