Right now, the biggest challenge I’ll be facing in 6 months is where i will be working this fall. I’m sure my current school will ask me back but it’s more a matter of whether or not I want to stay there.
I took my current position because it’s in the district that I’ve always wanted to be in. Furthermore, I was hoping that this position would allow me to “get my foot in the door” with the district so I could teach elsewhere.
My other concern right now is graduate school. If I’m not enrolled for the fall, I would like to at least be enrolled for the winter semester.
These are things that I talked about in my Blueprint For 2024. I feel like I’m already falling behind on it, so it’s time to really put the rubber to the road.
