I’m entering day three of this current Covid infestation, for the lack of a better term. Unfortunately, as has often been the case with so many of these recycled prompts from last year, I don’t really have a whole lot new to say as to whether or not I view myself as a leader.
As I said last year, and you can click on the embed below to see for yourself, I usually think of myself as a leader by example. However, my job is a teacher and forces me into a leadership role by default.
Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it. —General Dwight Eisenhower
My leadership role as a teacher is something I take very seriously. I know what it takes to be a good leader, but I don’t know that I always necessarily demonstrate those qualities.
Do you see yourself as a leader?
