Lately, I’ve been working on my health. Nothing serious or life-threatening, but about six weeks ago I got Covid. After that, upper respiratory infection between my immediate and extended families with me eventually getting it as well.
On top of that, for the last five years, I’ve had a more related cough and congestion that usually seem to manifest themselves around Halloween it last until New Year’s. It’s happened like clockwork every year. I usually don’t manage to shake the cough until I make a trip down to Charleston to see kid one during the holidays. I think there’s just something different down there. Something in the air; and a different type of pilot, that once I’m around, and I seem to shake this.
To be honest I’m even reluctant to talk about this right now. I know there’s other bloggers out here are dealing with real life-threatening. Medical issues are in constant pain. But at the moment I’ve been dealing with my health.
It’s been affecting my ability to go to the gym. And don’t get me wrong, it could be SO Much worse. I’m well aware of that. But this is what I’ve been “working on” lately.
But for posterity’s sake, below is my post in this prompt from last year. Enjoy…
