I admittedly, I have never been very good at monitoring or limiting my screen time. I will get on my phone or watch TV or plan on a computer out of boredom. However, there has been times where I got so bored of being bored that I just turned off my phone or my TV or the computer.
Last night, Donald Trump won the 2024 US presidential election. To say that I am disappointed as a gross understatement. I’m going to need time to process what has happened. But while I’m gathering my thoughts, I think I’m going to stay off social media as much as I can today.
