Do you perform better when competing or collaborating?

I think as humans competition naturally brings out the best of us. But then again, there is also something to be said about collaborating with others. when you are a part of a team, it’s great when team members can help complement each other and fill in the proverbial holes in this game, so to speak.

In my world of worlds, I would opt for both competing and collaborating. I like team competitions, just for the reasons that I mentioned above. I like the idea of working with others and pulling our resources and our strengths.
