It’s that time of year again. Thursday was the start of the NCAA men’s College Basketball Tournament – or as it’s more commonly known now “March Madness”.
Okay so technically it began on Tuesday with the 2 “play-in” games; but Thursday was still the traditional start of the 64 team tournament.

I’m not even a college basketball fan and I love this time of year. I love it because there’s always at least one “Cinderella story”. That is to say some small, virtually unknown school whose teams knocks of some perennial college basketball juggernaut. You never know when a Roast Beef State University (and no, that’s not a real school, to the best of my knowledge) is going to shock the world and beat a Kentucky or a Duke.
The truth is, the experts don’t know. These analyst who make six or seven figures per year working for ESPN – whose one job is to watch and analyze college basketball – have no idea how the NCAA tournament is going to unfold.
If you haven’t already, go online, do a Google search for “march madness 2025 bracket”. Print one off. Make your pics. Have fun with it! If you went to college, maybe you wanna cheer for your school, or school from your state. Maybe you like a team’s nickname or their logo. Or their uniforms. Maybe you just want to pick all the underdogs. it’s up to you. Chances are, you’ll pick just as well as the analyst do. Maybe you’ll even do a little bit better.
