As WordPress continues to recycle old prompts, I pulled another prompt from The Coffee Monsterz Co to respond to today
Imagine you are socializing in a room full of people you don’t know very well. What makes someone stand out to you?
First impressions – while not everything – are pretty damn close to being “everything” to me.
Confidence
Confidence is king. As important as some o me looks is important, one’s confidence edges out even looks and sometimes even intelligence.
Confidence even affects a person‘s body language. If they carry themselves well, they look confident. You believe in them. Confidence is not an attribute that one can be taught. It’s a skill that they have to craft.
Looks
Let’s face it, we are a very visually stimulated species. Good looking people draw attention to themselves. I usually notice them very quickly when standing in a room full of strangers.
Intelligence
More than anything else, the one attribute that stands out to me in a full of strangers as intelligence. When someone actually knows what they’re talking about and they’re able to back it up, that immediately catches my attention.
Even in the relationships I’ve been in, intelligence has been a major turn on. I wouldn’t go as far as to say that I’m sapiosexual, but intelligence is definitely a “make it or break it” attribute for me when it comes to the opposite sex.
