I like to think that I’m a pretty easy-going, tolerant person with an above-average attention span; but there are things that bore even me to tears. Here is a list, in no particular order.

  • Watching Volleyball
  • Watching Soccer
  • NASCAR
  • Country Music (unless its performed live)
  • People who think or move slower than I do
  • Uncharismatic people
  • Chick flicks – this includes Hallmark movies

    I have an issue with the slow people too. Like a race car at the stop light. “Come on, let’s go!”

      Living in Michigan I felt like an average driver. Living in Charleston South Carolina, I felt like I was going to run over everybody. When I first moved back to Michigan, I felt like I’m going get run over, myself! I guess it’s about perspective.

        I feel the same way in Cali or NY. It’s crazy.

    I used to feel the same way about soccer. I started watching it begrudgingly because of family, but after awhile, I developed an appreciation for the skill level of the game. I’m not a huge fan and it’s not my number one choice, but I’m no longer poking my eye out either.

      I love the idea of playing soccer, and even volleyball, too. Watching them is just a different story for me…
