      Thanks, Ernie! I think the thing that gets me now is that looking back, I had 2 to 3 year gaps where I posted nothing on WordPress. If I could go back, that’s one thing I would do differently: post more often.

        I trying to post at least 1 every day or more and with plenty of time on my hands it helps the learning curve..

        I started writing more consistently I believe last July. And while I missed a day or two here and there between July and September, I think I have a span of writing for 220 consecutive days going.

        I’m gonna see if I can make it a full year. I’m just curious to be able to look back after a year and see what I can say about my growth as a writer.

      As I mentioned in another response, I think the thing that really gets me as I had spans of 2 to 3 years where I posted nothing to this blog. Looking back, that kind of bothers me now.

      For as much as I complain, sometimes about some of these prompts, as you do, I really enjoy writing every day if I can

        You’re welcome, Rob! I know what you mean. This isn’t my first blog. My original one is archived. I think I started it in 2008 or 2009 and it didn’t go anywhere. So last year when I started this blog, I archived it.

        I agree, I like to write every day. The prompts make me right so even if I’m annoyed at them, they’re prompting me. 😆
