To be honest, I haven’t cooked very much in a long time. It’s hard to rationalize cooking until your meal for just one person, or even two for that matter.
Of course, I have a story from many years ago, where one and I tried to make a pizza from scratch. It didn’t go very well, but you can read all about it here. But I do like to grill. I like making steaks. A good go-to meal for me is tacos. But I’ve also enjoyed making teriyaki chicken and some different pastas over the years.
To be honest, if I can find a recipe for something on the Internet, I have no problem giving it a go. I’ve always been kind of a picky eater. As such, there are things that I will make that I used to eat, if that makes any sense.
