I’ve officially reached the point where WordPress is recycling old prompts from roughly one year ago. In fact, the next several days worth of prompts are one from roughly 12 months ago. I suppose I’m cheating a little bit by embedding my original post. But since I didn’t write much of anything on this one, I figured I would “revisit” it.
My response to this original prompt still applies. Think of myself as a lifelong learner. If I would go to school. I would be a professional student; taking class after class or anything to do after the degree.
I think the subject I’m most interested in his history. I believe most things in life function in a cyclical nature. Be it history, sports, literature, whatever area of life you can think of that quote from Peter Pan is absolutely true: “all of this has happened before and will happen again.” I truly believe that learning about the past, we can prepare ourselves better for the future.
