once again, today we’re dealing with a prompt from roughly one year ago. I’m choosing to repost my answer from last year because quite honestly, my answer hasn’t really changed.
there’s a woman that I’ve been talking to for the last week who seems almost shocked at how easy-going I seem to be. I hear this a lot from people. People think I never get angry. People think I never lose my cool. I know that, admittedly, I letting things just rule off my back. But as I said to her tonight, I fight the battles fighting and I choose the hills that are worth dying on.

Maybe this is just a result of growing up with a parent who was constantly dealing with anxiety. More so, I have struggled with anxiety myself over the years. Because of that, I think I just choose sometimes to let certain things slide.
Are you holding a grudge?
