Rebuilding Rob

A year ago, I responded to this prompt about eating meat. I don’t think I eat as much meat as I used to but I haven’t exactly gone vegetarian by any stretch of the imagination. Like anything else, I’ve realized that too much meat is t necessarily good for me. I really dont have anything new to add to this topic, so I’m embedding last year’s post below…
