As WordPress continues to recycle old prompts, I pulled another prompt from The Coffee Monsterz Co to respond to today
Do you think you’re a better person today than a year ago?
I like to think I am a better person today than I was a year ago. No one is perfect. We all have our flaws. I have some things that I’m still working on, but I do think that I have resolved certain things of my life that I was dealing with a year ago. Think of me as a constant work in progress. Aren’t we all?
I also like to think that I’m a year older. One year wiser. I still procrastinate way too much, but it is something I’m trying to improve upon. For instance, I made a point to be sure that I already had the necessary paperwork to get my teacher certificate updated, months before it expires at the end of June. This is a considerable improvement for me. Five years ago I ended up having to take some college courses in order to keep my teaching certificate up-to-date.
