Rob weighs in on the Iran-Israel war

I may piss some people off with some of the stuff I’m about to say, but you’ve been warned…

I’m seeing what’s going on right now in the Middle East with Iran in Israel and my heart is breaking. I know there’s been talk for several years about Iran possibly developing nuclear weapons. And it seems like Israel wants to prevent that from happening. Or at least, that’s the justification they’re using for bombing the holy hell out of Iran.

And let’s not get any false impressions here. I’m not a fan of the current regime and I ran, I really ended any of the regime that they’ve had over the last 50 years or so.

But at the same time, Israel is backed with American military weapons, and unwavering support by the United States government – whether we’re talking about a democratic administration or a Republican administration. The truth is, that’s all because my country wants to have a foothold in the Middle East.

As I write, contemplating using military force against Iran. Iran has promised that if the US or Great Britain or France get involved, their military basis in the Middle East will be attacked.

Furthermore, Pakistan is also saying that should Israel use a nuclear missile and Iran, that they will send a nuclear missile to Israel.

I don’t like to get into conspiracy theories and run rampant with paranoia, but this is starting to sound an awful lot like a flashpoint for World War III.

I’m not a religious man, but I find myself praying for peace, not just for Iran, but for Israel, and the whole world in general. Donald Trump is in way over his head. Not just with domestic affairs, but most certainly with international fears as well. I don’t have much confidence in our world leaders right now. So I guess that’s why I’m throwing it up to the man upstairs.

Unfortunately, I’m sure we’re going to hear a lot more about this in the days and maybe even in the weeks ahead. Stay tuned.
