What do you want to bring into October, and what do you want to leave behind in September?
One thing that I want to carry with me into October is the fact that I have all but stopped drinking soda. I wrote a week or so ago about my “tumultuous love affair with soda“. But since that time I’ve limited myself to a single can of soda per day. Even then, sometimes I feel like I’m struggling to finish it.
On the other hand, I have replaced one vice with another is now I have entered the world of coffee, drinkers…
Another thing I’m going to take with me into October, hopefully, is then my habit of working out on a somewhat regular basis. To be honest, I’m kind of surprised I’ve manage to curb soda addiction as much as I have. If I can keep that going and get to the gym regularly, I may start to see some results.
I guess I can say that I plan to leave soda behind I. September and taking this soda-free Rob into October.
