Tacos. Lots of tacos.

As WordPress continues to recycle old prompts, I pulled another prompt from The Coffee Monsterz Co to respond to today

It’s 11pm. You just got home after a long, stressful day. You have a $60 UberEats gift card. What are you ordering?

The answer to this prompt really depends on the day. I’m at the age where my stomach doesn’t always handle itself very well when I eat late at night. But if I’m dealing with free money, and I don’t have to worry about being on super early the next day, I’m spend all $60 of that gift card on tacos. 🌮

Tacos are fun

Going back to my high school days, Taco Bell was always a cheap meal. They would often become a good go to snack or a good go to meal when money was tight.

Tacos are festive. They have a little bit of an international twist. Over the last few years, I’ve come to the realization that Mexican is my go to food option for a first date. It’s not too stuffy. It’s casual. It’s fun. It’s just “foreign“ enough to be different than going to get a hamburger or steak.

So if I have a $60 Uber eats card I’m going to order as many tacos as I can.
