Right now, my net is gross. My portfolio was practically nonexistent. As of this moment, my current retirement plan is death.
But the prompt was asking me how I WANT to retire. I’m starting to see quite a few stories about people retiring and leaving America, to retire and some island in the Caribbean where they’re able to live like Kings due to the better dollar exchange rate.
I can think of worse ways to retire. As I mentioned previously, I love the warm weather. I think I would want to retire somewhere where at least there was some professional baseball, like a country that plays in the Caribbean league – just so I could still get my fill of the American pastime.
but in my world of worlds, where money was no object, I would retire in Hawaii. Or maybe Southern California.Just somewhere that the sun shines all the time.
