This topic brings me back to one of the things I’ve wanted to do for a while – but have never gotten around to: doing some kind of charity/volunteer work.
I’ve talked about this roughly a year ago when I wrote my “blueprint for 2024” it’s something I’ve been really meaning to look into, but I haven’t found the time to as I’ve had other things going on in my life. At one point, I wanted to look into doing something related to the Humane Society, but I think that would be too emotionally difficult for me, given the fact that I would want to bring home all of the animals that I would work with. So I think Habitat for Humanity would be my first foray into volunteer work.
