If your pet could talk, what would be the first thing it says?

I don’t have a pet at the moment. I have had pets over the years, however. But if my pet could talk, I don’t know exactly the first thing he or she would say, but I’m pretty sure it would be something along the lines of:
“Hey dad, can I have some of that people food?”
“Hey dad, can we go outside and play?”
“Hey dad, when are we going potty?”
Of course, while I’d hope they would all start with a simple “Dad, I love you!”, I’m pretty sure a demand for people food wouldn’t be too far behind.
And honestly? They probably would’ve called me out for sleeping in, too—or for those long days of school and work back in my college days when I wasn’t around nearly enough. But hearing that love first would make up for all of it.
