i generally go to bed between 10-11 Pm and wake up around 6 or 7 am. Obviously, that’s not always consistent. Their times where I will go to bed later or get up earlier. In addition, I don’t always sleep straight through for the entire night.
As Forrest Gump would say: “that’s about all I have to say about that.”
